Email Meta Data
Email meta data allows associating web pages, maps and notes with any email. Add a private note to an email, select an address and attach a map to an email. Select some text and do an internet search, and attach the results to the email for future reference!
Data Protection
The Data Protection module adds General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) features. In particular it adds powerful UI features for Subject Data Access Request processing. You can create special Subject Data Access Request folders that are linked to a specific contact (the subject). Then you can easily import email boxes from pst, mbox, mbx, eml, msg format into local folders, then process the email to remove unwanted email and deduplicate email. Once done you can redact email content with one click, and manage a list of redaction phrases and whitelist phrases. Subject contact phrases are not redacted. You can also redact the content of any office or PDF attachments. The redacted content of each email and it's attachments are linked to the email so the redacted versions are always available for future viewing or editing just by opening the email. Once redacted you can opt to print the redacted content for a single email or selected set of email
